Make Your Own Aromatherapy Bath

With aromatherapy bath recipes, you can make your own bath product and know exactly what is in it. You just need to know a few aromatherapy bath basics:

  • Use only non-irritating essential oils in the bath.
  • If in doubt about using an essential oil, first spot test it on your skin.
  • Blending essential oils with carrier oil or milk before adding to the bath will help the oils disperse better in water.
  • If you are pregnant or have a medical condition, consult a professional healthcare practitioner.

This hub gives a variety of essential oil bath recipes. For other aromatherapy recipes and information, download my free aromatherapy ebook.
